Our Aerospace client in Indianapolis, Indiana needed to update their plant process water system with the installation of a RO unit. Updates included: new RO unit, Skid mounted pumps, 5000 gallon storage tank, controls, and instrumentation.
Dynamic Engineering Design provided the process and piping design consisting of layout drawings representing the new equipment, updating existing P&ID’s, RO equipment specifications. Piping drawings with material specifications were provided for locations of tie-ins, supply water, RO water, and interconnecting piping.
Electrical design was also provided. Design included electrical power drawings to new equipment and interconnecting control wiring between vendors supplied devices.
Additionally, Dynamic Engineering Design provided equipment coordination including delivery, drawing review, control review, etc. Construction Management and coordination with the RO vender were also provided.
