PIPING SYSTEMS UPGRADE

Our chemical Manufacturing Client needed to increase the capacity of various different manufacturing processes.  The client utilized existing equipment that were capable of greater capacity, but the distributions system and associated components limited the total daily production.

Dynamic Engineering Design provided engineering services to increase the size of the existing components to match the capacity of the existing equipment.  This included new flow meters, control valves, pressure relief valves, automated isolation valves, emergency shut-off valves, and filters.

The modifications were required on existing scrubber vent systems, tower water supply and return systems, nitrogen systems, compressed air, and specific process circulation piping systems.

Dynamic Engineering Design furnished detailed design drawings to the client for installation of the improvements for the system by others.  The detailed design drawings included demolition drawings, structural drawings, piping plan and isometric drawings, and controls and wiring drawings.
