ROOF INTEGRITY STUDY

Our client at their Indiana location, needed to evaluate their facilities low roof system that had internal roof drains that collects large amounts of snow during the winter.  The roof system was made up of steel channels and wood planking from the original building construction.  Snow drifts and ice build-up were concerns for the owner. 

Dynamic Engineering Design worked with the client to evaluate and provide recommendations of snow drift and ice build-up.  This entailed structural calculations to determine the integrity of existing system (roof framing plans and connection details).
