0.75 MW LANDFILL GAS TO ENERGY

Our renewable energy client needed to build a 0.75 MW landfill gas fueled power plant in California. The new facility landfill gas cleaning skid, condensate filtering tanks, new main switchboard, and 3 reciprocating engine drive generators rated at 0.25 MW gross output each.

Dynamic Engineering Design managed various aspects of the initial design.  This included the initial topographic survey and final construction survey and staking.  Additionally, it included the grading and drainage design, soil sampling and structural design.

Dynamic Engineering Design completed the detailed design including site and equipment layout (general arrangement) and piping design for the power plant. Utilities included landfill gas, chilled water, cooling water, instrument air, condensate, and engine oil supply and return.

Process engineering was also provided for this project including detailed design P&IDs.

Dynamic Engineering Design also provided electrical design, instrumentation, and controls engineering for this project
